This unit is on the beach (east tower) with a large balcony to enjoy the sunset and is just pure relaxation. Your dog is also welcome to visit with you. Limit one pet (dog only), must be pre-approved, maximum weight 30 pounds, and pet fee applies. If the beach and beautiful pools do not take up all of your time, you can visit the Naval Museum, watch the Blue Angels practice over the gulf, play golf, visit the amusement areas, fish, or shop. There is something for everyone at Beach Colony Resort. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. No smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.
