Beach Colony West Maintenance Notice: Beach Colony West will be undergoing an exterior maintenance improvement project from August 2026 through December 2026 (schedule and weather permitting). Work will include re-coating and sealing exterior windows, and guests may periodically see workers outside windows. Balcony sealing and re-coating will take place later in the project, with dates still to be determined. During most of August 2026, work will be limited to the west side of the building, and amenities are not expected to be impacted. Beginning in September 2026, work will continue around the rest of the property. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to stay updated, as schedules may change due to weather or project needs.
