This quaint nearly 700 sq ft cottage has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that creates a spacious and comfortable environment. Amazing location and spectacular views from the deck!  Off street parking for three vehicles. You can spend the entire week relaxing on the deck under the gazebo and leave your worries behind... There are boat tours, fine dining, fishing, all within a very short walk.  Bring your bikes and explore the beauty that Saco Bay has to offer!   June 13th through August requires a 1-week minimum (7 day stay), Sunday to Sunday, thus providing the enjoyment of a full weekend of adventures or relaxation.  Enjoy a long pre-season stay with a two (2) day minimum from April 19th through June 15th or post-season Fall stay from September 7th through October 26th also with a minimum of a two (2) day stay to enjoy the breathtaking fall colors.      Sorry NO pets allowed. Amenities include a 50" flat screen 4K Smart TV - Ultra High Definition, wireless 2G Fidium fiber secure internet, YouTube TV with 100+ channels, Hulu, Paramount +, Showtime, air conditioning, a large oversize kitchen sink to help clean those huge lobster pots, a sleeper sofa, love seat, two bedrooms, breakfast nook, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, gas stove, gas heat if needed, washer, dryer, full size tub shower combo. The windows on the rear porch provide a panoramic view of the water, a large, attached deck with umbrella, gazebo and gas grill.  All beds and sleeper sofa are full size.  We provide pillows and blankets. You may bring your own bed linens and towels although they are provided at nominal fee. We believe that you will definitely want to come back next year, and we will warmly welcome you.

Property is located in the old fishing village of Camp Ellis.  Access to numerous State Parks, Portland, Kennebunk Port, Sebago Lake, Biddeford Pool are all within a pleasant 3/4-hour drive. Families return year after year for the great atmosphere and fun of a true Maine ocean village. Huot's restaurant opens 5/2/25. This local restaurant was established in 1935 and is long standing notable establishment and located just a few hundred feet at the end of the street. Enjoy their takeout on the deck. Of course, a local lobster pound is within short walking distance or buy them directly off the dock and cook them yourself in the lobster pot!
