Neighborhood info

The Topsail Reef HOA is a very unique condo complex- you literally cannot get any closer to the ocean! During high tides, the water comes right up to the sandbags- at first, it may be a little worrisome, but rest assured the building is safe! It is incredibly calming to sit out on the balcony, staring out at miles and miles of endless ocean while listening to the waves crashing below. The town & HOA work diligently every year on beach nourishment projects "The Reef" is a popular location because of its tranquil and low-key atmosphere and its proximity to the inlet, which is a great place to take a walk and comb the beach for treasures.
