Please note that no cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival if you choose to clean the property prior to departure. It must be as good as when you arrived. However, a check of USD 150 will be collected at check-in if you choose not to clean the property.

The security deposit must be made by personal check, and the cleaning fee can be made by cashier's or personal check.

If a family member dies, the cancellation fee can be waived upon receipt of a copy of the death certificate.

Garbage pick-up is on Friday mornings around 08:00. A USD 200 fee will be charged and taken out of your security deposit if any garbage is left at the property.

In case of any alcohol abuse at the property, you will be asked to leave, and no money will be refunded for unused time.

The fireplace is not to be used at the property, and there are no firepits as well; for any signs of usage, a fee of USD 100 is taken from the security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a liability waiver 5 days before your arrival at the property. The owner is not responsible for any accidents or property loss.

No tents are allowed on the property. Tax will be collected at the time of retaining the property.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of USD 150 or bring their own.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Beach-Seasonstides of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 10:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries on dates where such guidelines exist.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you're booking this property in accordance with the destination's local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size.

A damage deposit of $350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
