Meticulously maintained and appointed with luxurious furniture and decor, this 4BR/2.5BA Galveston home was featured on HGTV and commands a prime beachfront location that's close to dining and shopping. From the moment you wake up in the morning, you can take in the beach views. When you are ready to get out and enjoy the sand and surf, just follow your private walkway to the shore. You’ll love the open floor plan with plush leather furniture in the living room and home chefs will appreciate the beautiful gourmet kitchen. On the balcony, trendy patio furniture offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the epic views. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Rental agreement must be digitally signed along with providing ID of the person booking the home. Also note that this home has exterior cameras that are turned off upon guest check in.
My husband and I have been dreaming about owning a vacation rental for the last 20+ years. We have been renting vacation homes since we got married as we preferred to have our own private space. And over those years of renting, we have learned so much. We have taken all of those experiences and and now have created our own vacation home rental experience for our guests. I still remember when my kids were young, I wished the beach homes we rented had a fenced-in yard or closed off balcony so our boys can play freely and safely. Those are the type of details we have built into our beach home. We have made sure the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including high end appliances. And what's a kitchen without baking pans to make cookies and cakes! We also made sure that all of our bedrooms have high end mattresses for a comfy night sleep. I love seeing the reviews when guests comment on the mattresses of all things. The decor of our home is also very cozy and inviting. And then there is the location- right on the beach! When you want to cook dinner in, stock up on supplies from the Sea Isle Supermarket (3 minutes). If you want someone else to do the cooking, several restaurants are just up the road, including the West End Restaurant and Nate’s West End Seafood & Steaks. Ready for an adrenaline rush? Brave the exciting water slides at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 23 minutes away. Moody Gardens (25 minutes) mixes fun and education with rides, exhibits, and attractions like an aquarium and 3D theater. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Rental agreement must be digitally signed along with providing ID of the person booking the home.
