A breathtaking view of Galveston's East Beach greets you as you open the door to this 8th floor studio. You can hear the lapping of the waves from the balcony and feel the Gulf breeze. Direct beach access is gained in about 2 minutes from the building via a raised wooden walking path. No busy street to cross to access the beach. No vehicles on the beach so you can enjoy peaceful walks along the seashore and let the stress melt away. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and Pleasure Pier. Gated entrance. Well lit parking lot. Free Resort Amenities include Heated Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Basketball, Gym, BBQ grills, covered patios on ground level and free parking. Vending machines and washer/dryer are on the ground level (pay by app). EV Charger available upon request from front desk (fee applies). New AC and dehumidifier were installed in 2025.

We love the gorgeous views from balcony and the short, easy walk that leads directly to the beach without having to cross a busy street. We appreciate the opportunity to share our condo with you and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We strive to provide each of our guests with a 10 star experience so if there is anything that we have overlooked please let us know as quickly as possible. We are available by text or call.
