Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing, or co-hosting yours.

This unique 1 bedroom place has a style all on its own. We are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals. **This is a building with 8 units; you'll be renting one of the eight units. Please check the room photos to choose from bottom or top units**

Neighborhood info

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
