Kiahuna plantation unit 95 in Building 16. You are a very short walk away from a beach, actually 200 steps. On the ground floor. Poipu beach is very near. Welcome to Kiahuna Plantation on the sunny south shore of Kauai! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on one of your TWO private lanais overlooking the garden and parcel ocean view while being steps to the sand. Stay comfortable in your unit with the newly installed mini split A/C system in both bedrooms and the living room! Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beaches are at your fingertips. Fast 300mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too. On the main level, the Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower. Don't forget about 42" cable TV and coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The second bedroom is complete with two twin size beds and 42" smart TV ( you have Spectrum application with all cable TV channels ) with coveted AC
We are living in Arizona ( Scottsdale ) and working for a Mortgage Company. My family really likes Kiahuna Plantation and we decided to buy a beautiful apartment. We are excited to welcome our guests and show them the beautiful island of Kauai. We visited all Hawaiian islands and decided to purchase this property because Kiahuna Plantation is a very quiet place where everyone can relax and enjoy their vacation. We found the most beautiful beach we ever encountered in Hawaii.
