Centrally located! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Amway center and much much more, Lots to love about this condo! We are just four blocks from Lake Eola. Plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options close, yet we are just far enough from the noise and traffic of downtown to enjoy some quiet too.

Walk to Grocery Store (Publix), Fine Dining, Bars, Clubs, Performing Arts Center, Lake Eola Farmer's Market, Amway Arena Concerts and Sporting Events and more!!! The space is conveniently located in the highly sought after Lake Eola downtown area.
