“Perfect house for our family. All 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The teenage kids loved staying in the game room with the pool table. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of pots and pans and small appliances. Very nice furniture...”

3 Master suites with baths, private hot tub, large game room, dog-friendly, 5 fireplaces, 6 TVs. This spacious beauty (3148 square feet) will not disappoint. On a hill just south of Oceanside, it boasts peeks of the ocean, a private spa, a pool table and game room. Modern appliances in the kitchen. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have king beds, and attached baths. The 4th bedroom has a queen, and the bath is right outside the door. All bedrooms have fireplaces and TVs. There is also a 3rd floor loft with queen bed and two twin beds, pool table, TV, video games, board games, and puzzle. Private covered patio with hot tub. 2nd floor deck w/gas grill and views. This is a new listing on bookingcom, but we have been listed on two other sites for 5+ years and have a 4.92 rating and a 10/10 rating.
The neighborhood is 1 mile south of Oceanside beach and Tunnel beach, and 1 mile north of Netarts bay. 5 min drive either direction. We do not recommend walking though as the road either direction is narrow and curvy.
