This beautiful House sits just 1 mile outside of Hopeland in the small neighborhood of Clay. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Family Room, a semi stocked kitchen, an office/den area, Big front yard, as well as a deck with Big Back Yard. An accessible and open floor plan is great for larger groups as well as small! (Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room) is open area, with a smaller room to the side of Dining area. Bedroom # 1 has attached bathroom with a Whirlpool, and shower. Bath # 2 has Tub with shower,and is also where the washer & dryer is located. Entire house and grounds is accessible to our guests except for the garage, and basement. Easy access to Clay's famous attractions including The Lake @ MiddleCreek a/k/a Project 70, - and numerous hiking and biking trails. Close to Ephrata, Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg,

Located among the rolling hills of Southern Pennsylvania Northern Lancaster County. It is situated right up against State Game lands and is just a mile from a wildlife preservation man-made lake. Migratory birds flock to this location every year during migration including but not limited to swans, Canadian geese, mallards, Snow Geese and more. Numerous trails wind in and around the game lands which are available to hike and many back roads are suitable for biking. You will find that the large lake is open for kayaks and canoeing. Kayaks can be rented from a nearby company where you can kayak on the large man-made lake.

You will find that you are just an hour and half from Philadelphia and 45 minutes from Hershey. In Philadelphia you will find a variety of historical activities and walking routes and in Hershey you will be able to tour the chocolate factory as well as spend an afternoon at the amusement park. Located 2 miles from Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area in Lancaster County, 3 miles from Lebanon county line, 8 miles or 20 minutes from Lititz, 7 miles or 15 minutes from Ephrata, 7 miles or 12 minutes from Denver, 16 miles or 30 minutes from Lancaster, 40 miles or 50 minutes from Harrisburg, 15 miles or 30 minutes from Lebanon, 25 miles or 40 minutes from Reading, 25 miles or 40 minutes from Hershey
