Our inn is idyllically located. We are just three blocks from the Camden harbor and a short distance from Mount Battie, the perfect spot for enjoying a Ploughman's Lunch picnic while viewing the majestic Penobscot Bay.  Here are a few suggestions on how to spend your vacation time in Camden and the surrounding area of Maine.  - Mt. Battie- a MUST SEE! You can either hike or drive to the top and enjoy 180 degree panoramic views of Penobscot Bay, the islands, and the village! There is a lovely stone tower at the top for greater viewing! To drive: follow route one North a few miles past the village. The Camden Hills State Park sign is on the right, you want to turn left! There is a toll for driving to the top. To hike, check in with the innkeeper for specific directions! - Set Sail! Camden is best known for its fabulous sailing!! Take a windjammer tour of our harbor and bay on a two-hour tour! Ask us for more info and to make a reservation for you! Need a closer look at things…try Sea Kayaking with Maine Sport Outfitters! 2 Hour Harbor tours depart Sharp’s Warf twice a day right on the waterfront…no experience necessary!-Shop ‘til you Drop!
