Welcome to our Blue Beach Pool House! Our newly renovated and spacious 3/2 house has everything you need for a fun and comfortable vacation. With our great location in a quiet neighborhood in Port Orange you are walking distance to the Halifax River and only 10-minute drive to Daytona Beach or New Smyrna. However, you may not want to leave the house, 3 large bedrooms with the master having a king bed and ensuite and 2 other bedrooms with Queen beds. A large inviting lounge with new recliner sofas, 55’ TV is connected to a dining area with a large 6-person dining room table. The kitchen has everything you would expect, full-size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the glasses, plates, cooking pots and pans you need. Then there is a large open air Florida room that leads to the outdoor deck and pool. Lounge in the sun, take a dip in the pool or use our BBQ to have loads of fun with family and friends. The large corner lots is enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence for the kids to run around and play all day long. Some other amenities just for your stay: • All bed linins and towels are provided • Free Wi-Fi • Full size washer and dryer in the garage • Door lock with code so you can come and go as you please • 2 car Driveway and plenty of street parking • Lots of pool and beach stuff you can use as you want • One story house so no stairs except at the pool as the deck is raised with several steps up. • Sleeps 6 very comfortably • Dressers and wardrobes to unpack and feel at home! Please note that we have not baby/child proofed the house so there are no child locks, highchairs of kid’s beds so you will have to keep an eye on your little ones, but it is still a great vacation home for families. This is a 100% non-smoking/vaping house. No pets permitted
