Take in water views on the balcony, or open the window in the expansive master suite to enjoy the sounds of the river. End days with a relaxing soak in the shared hot tub. Easily drive to the area’s best ski resorts and hiking trails, or walk to nearby shopping and dining. LIVING AREA Gather by the gas fireplace in the living room, a sunlit space with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. A love seat and plush sofa invite you to kick back and watch a new film on the smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space and cookware for preparing favorite meals. Four can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers. Serve home-cooked dishes at a wood table for six. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests in two bedrooms, both equipped with a smart TV. Rest easy in the master suite, furnished with a queen bed and a full-size futon. A bright double vanity and tub/shower combination round out the en-suite master bathroom. The guest room has a pair of twin beds and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Your private balcony offers views of the sparkling Blue River. Enjoy morning coffee at the bistro table for two. Stroll down to the riverfront and discover an array of seating overlooking the water. After of day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the shared hot tub. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, Pack 'n Play, a 24” bike with a helmet, hiking backpack, a washer/dryer (including laundry supplies), two smart TVs with Netflix, and Amazon Prime, as well as one TV with cable, are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. The condo's private garage is unavailable for guest use. Located on the second floor, this single-level condo is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs from the parking area.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
