Enjoy a kitchenette, private balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to resort pools & a small fitness center. Centrally located yet quiet, with restaurants a short walk away. Free parking included! **Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay. **Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway. **Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. **Deliveries: Mail and packages can be delivered to the property. There is a 5 dollar pickup fee per package paid to the mail desk. Pickup is available from 10am – 4pm Thursday – Tuesday (Closed Wednesdays) from the mail desk on property. Pickup hours are subject to change.
