Brandy Pond, also known as Bay of Naples Lake, is a 740-acre lake in Naples, Maine, which is connected to Long Lake by the Chute River and to Sebago Lake by the Songo River. Moor your boat to the private dock, so it's ready for you to explore over 40 miles of waterway. Close by is Naples Causeway where you’ll find boat and jet ski rentals, Songo River Queen cruises, Naples Seaplane Adventures, and Causeway Fun Mini Golf & Arcade. Captain Jack’s and Gary's Olde Towne Tavern offer food and live entertainment nearby. A convenient shopping center is a few minutes north on Route 302 and Point Sebago Golf Course is a few minutes south. Bridgton Twin Drive-In Theatre, Smitty’s Cinema, serving food and cocktails during your movie, and Seacoast Adventure Park, offering go-karts and a kids water playground, are less than 20 minutes away. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
