The condo offers a deck overlooking the creek and inside views of the slopes on Baldy. In winter, hop on the nearby River Run lifts, or explore all of Bald Mountain in search of perfect powder. In summer, the resort provides hiking and mountain biking trails, and you can even fish for your dinner in the Big Wood River. No matter how you spend your day, a soak in the community hot tub will leave you refreshed to do it all over again! The second-floor space provides new appliances, including WiFi and an X-box. You'll stay cozy while watching DVDs thanks to a fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen will help you create hearty meals for long days outdoors. Enjoy meals around the dining table, or eat sausages straight off the gas grill on the deck outside. The region is truly an outdoor playground, offering four area golf courses, state parks, and national forests to explore by mountain bike or hiking boot, and charming mountain boutiques and restaurants in town. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
