Our one bedroom, one bathroom cottages are conveniently located just one mile from downtown Waynesville and directly across the street from the Waynesville Country Club for easy access to golfing. Our cottages are accessible year-round and offer a level outdoor area and driveway. We have fully equipped, eat-in kitchens and stackable washer/dryers for extended stays. We also provide corner fireplaces in each cottage, as well as a 50" flat screen, LED HDTV with cable and free WiFi. Enjoy mountain views from your private back porch or lounging in our breezeway located between our two cottages with access to outdoor grilling and dining in any weather.

We have been managing our B&B, located on the adjacent property, for over 13 years and truly love being in the accommodation business. There is nothing more satisfying to us than seeing our guests really enjoy themselves and get the relaxation they need while on vacation. Our goal is to make all our guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay. The best part about our past experience is that you get all the privacy and flexibility of staying in a vacation rental with all the clean of a B&B. We just don't know how to clean any other way!!

The small town of Waynesville is conveniently located centrally in Western North Carolina. We are an easy drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Biltmore Estate, Asheville and all there is to do and see in this area. We are also only one mile, and walking distance, to downtown Waynesville with it's eclectic shops, cafes, restaurants, craft beer breweries, art galleries and theaters. Just across the street is the Waynesville Country Club with 27 holes of golf designed by Donald Ross. The biggest advantage we offer is that our Cottages are located on the valley floor. That means no winding mountain roads to navigate and no steep driveway to get to your vacation rental. We also offer a 1/2 acre lot that is completely walkable with a yard for playing outdoor games.
