It's all about being comfy, cute and multi-color :))) Remodeled all over (with permits) 100% including a completely new foundation with seismic retro-fit.

I love hiking, biking, travelling, reading on a beach (basically the only opportunity I can get to read), backpacking, skiing (both alpine and cross-country), and so much more :)))

Its proximity to the Bay Bridge gates helps avoid traffic on the way to San Francisco. Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Alameda entertainment area and the place is 100% remodeled including the foundation (with permits)
