Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen was recently updated and includes all the basics for cooking. The master bedroom has 2 full xl size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use as well. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart tv with cable. Screened in balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy the view.

We currently live in Illinois and bought this condo a couple of years ago because we love Lake Erie and it is an incredible place for fishing and relaxing. We've stayed at several places within this condo resort over the years and we’re now enjoying having our own space and being so close to the water. It's important to us that this condo is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay for whatever adventure brings you here. Our goal is to provide a space that our guests are comfortable in and the amenities you expect while on vacation.

Our condo is in Green Cove, which houses numerous fishing charters within walking distance. There is a restaurant/pub (Wild Wings) and a gas station with basic necessities adjacent to the resort. Port Clinton is about a 15-20 minute drive and Sandusky is about 45 minutes away. We are less than 5 minutes away from Magee Marsh which hosts the Biggest Week of Birding. Camp Perry is located less than 10 minutes from our condo, which is also where the closest public beach is.
