Roy Burchfield has lived in the Lake Conroe / Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years and he takes great pride in maintaining his properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends, making sure you have everything you need throughout your stay with us. Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A Superhost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

Welcome to the Casita on Lake ConRoy! Come enjoy a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, BBQing, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. All sorts of outdoor fun. Our unit sleeps 4. One queen bed w/ bathroom attached. There is also a futon w/ a nice mattress in small kitchenette area. We have a fully stocked kitchenette w/ Keurig, pots & pans, grill w/ cooktop, etc. An outdoor shower to wash off all the fun, along with an outdoor bathroom. The Casita is located on a 5 acre gated property completely fenced in. Please note we do have two other rental units on this property, so be prepared with a leash for your dogs, should other guests be staying on the property at the same time. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ 45_Until 6pm @ 75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction). Thank you for staying with us!

This Casita rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Studio Apt and The Manor), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests! ** There is a required pet fee of fifty dollars, per pet to be paid at check-in.** *We require pets to be placed in their kennel when leaving them unattended. We ask that you bring a blanket or towel if they will be on the furniture. UPON ARRIVAL at the front gate, press button on ring and one of us will open the gate for you. A gate opener (clicker) is left for you in top dresser drawer in bedroom/bathroom area for seamless access coming and going throughout your stay. When leaving the property, please note our front gate is motion trigger, so approach slowly and the gate will open for you. PARKING... Our Casita Guests enter the property up the driveway and take access drive to left and follow it back to park near the Casita. Please DO NOT BLOCK OUR DRIVEWAY as it is the access road for other guests/people that may be dropping by to enjoy our sweet, private resort area (i.e. swimming pond, tortoise corral viewing, sand volleyball, outdoor grilling, corn hole, horse shoes, etc. Additional parking can be between/under trees to left of the Casita not blocking through traffic, of course. * Smoking is not permitted in the Casita, including vapes, but is allowed on the porches and outdoors. We just ask that butts are disposed of properly. Thank you! We’re conveniently located in a neighborhood across from Waterpoint Shopping Center and Marina on Lake Conroe. Here you’ll find nice dining options like Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar Grill, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, Fajita Jacks, CVS pharmacy, Marble Slab, Bar Lago, etc.
