Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing. All guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policyand shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
