The unit includes a comfy queen size bed with plush linens. The living room includes a smart Roku TV to stream all of your favorite shows. Blazing fast wifi is included so you never have to worry about streaming your show and playing on the internet. Additional rules 1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited inside the unit - A fee will be charged for violations 2. Do not throw cigarette butts ANYWHERE on property. We enforce fines for violations. Please only use designated areas and containers 3. Events are prohibited 4. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am 5. Whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking. 6. Clean up pet waste, any left is subject to additional charges to clean grounds 7. Checkin between 4pm and 10pm. Checkout is 10am. 8. If house rules are broken additional charges may apply.
