Enjoy a stay in nature! 10 min. from the ocean, this mid century modern house house is located on a beautiful canyon and very safe street in Bay Park. Pacific Beach and Mission Bay are literally down the hill. Centrally located with very easy access to the freeways. 20 minutes to the airport, convention center, downtown, Little Italy, La Jolla and North Park. 15 minutes to Mission Hills, Balboa Park and Hillcrest. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, office and laundry.

10 minutes to the ocean and Pacific Beach. The house is located on Tecolote Canyon nature preserve. Great for hiking. Walking distance to Sprouts Farmers Market and Starbucks. Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park and almost anything you could want to do in San Diego is 10 to 15 minutes away. There is space for one car in the driveway, and there is ample street parking. The recommended mode of transportation is car.
