New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as owners renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other friend s rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerces to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

1 Bedroom - 1 Bath - Sleeps 4 During peak summer weeks, it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, Friday - Friday, but if you have unique dates, please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season. Complimentary Linens Service Provided: This includes bedsheets, bath, beach, and dish towels for every bed, home, and total home occupancy. We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out Owners share why they love their home: Harbor Hideaway is a private cottage in an idyllic location. The walkability from this spot is our favorite part of staying at this home! Nestled between Chatham Harbor and Old Harbor Road, there is so much to do and explore from this wonderful location in Chatham. You can easily take a scenic walk along Shore Road to Chatham Fish Pier or Chatham Bars Inn, or you can take a stroll down Old Harbor Road to the Chatham Anglers baseball field to catch a Cape Cod summer league game or play at one of the Chatham playgrounds. If you walk further along either of these roads, you will find yourself in quaint downtown Chatham, where you can catch concerts and performances at Chatham Bandstand, peruse the many art galleries, shop at the various boutiques and gift shops, and dine at the fabulous restaurants. We are a quick drive to the many beaches Chatham has to offer, and there are many other nearby activities to enjoy, such as golfing at the beautiful golf courses, biking at the nearby bike path, and boating in picturesque Pleasant Bay. On the days you choose to stay home, you can enjoy the very private backyard with a deck, lounge chairs, and grill. While you relax and listen to the chirping of the birds in the trees, you might even be able to hear the sound of the surf crashing against the sand at Outer Beach or the seals barking from the sandbar in Chatham Harbor.
