Location, location, location--walkable, "bikeable"," busable"! Whatever your preference in getting here--it will be easy and convenient. This ADU apartment has individual, separate, secure entrance and stylish, hand selected decor. Spacious studio with its own laundry, patio and so much to do nearby! New paint, newly refinished original hardwoods, new bathroom remodel, new furniture--this listing lives new, yet 1904 year of build gives it character and cozy feel. Welcome home!

Capitol Hill a vibrant, diverse and hip neighborhood just east of downtown and south of UW/Motlake. It's very friendly, walkable, offering incredible nightlife and restaurant scene. It's close to major employers, colleges and extremely commutable to areas outside of the city. Major bus lines run in front of the property and one block away. Bikes/scooters/Uber/Lyft--24/7.
