The house is a single family home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two masters upstairs with their own bathrooms. There is a small bunk room off the living room and then a playroom/bedroom on the bottom level with a queen sized bed and a futon. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a well appointed kitchen and laundry room.
We are a local Reno/Tahoe family. We enjoy our time on Lake Tahoe in both winter and summer.
Quiet Neighborhood in North Tahoe. Hiking trails are nearby in the neighborhood. Two blocks up from beautiful Lake Tahoe. Restaurants and beaches are within a five minute drive.
