All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room is air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The 65 inches TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. THE 2 BEDROOMs All Bedrooms and Bathroom are on the same floor. FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Early checkin / late checkout? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee to cover extra cleaning. Subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please ask first. • Pets allowed? Yes! Please add pets to your reservation, clean up after them. • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent on check-in day after we finish screening your group. • Gas grill & propane: If the propane tank is low, we'll reimburse you for a refill. Due to CA laws, propane delivery is limited. • Smoking? No smoking inside. Smoke only outside, away from neighbors. Keep doors/windows closed and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Same-day / late-night check-in? Yes. We'll send check-in instructions after screening your group. • How is the home cleaned? The home is cleaned with standard household products. If there's a minor cleaning issue, please allow us reasonable time to resolve it. • Can I book for 1 person and bring more guests? No. Reserve with the correct guest count, including visitors (counted as half a guest each) and pets. Pricing depends on group size. • Lost keys: A 100+ fee may apply for lost/misplaced keys or if we must travel to provide replacements. • Accompanying Animals: No animals on sofas, furniture, or bedding.
