Centrally located across The Salon Bar in downtown Joshua Tree, this is a SHARED HOUSE with a big backyard and front yard where you can roam around and hangout. You will be in close walking distance to everything in Joshua Tree Village, including all the cool shops and restaurants. You can walk to the visitor center, the salon bar, the pizza shop, the liquor stores, and the health food store. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen for cooking, a dining table for eating, a TV lounge area where people can hang out and interact. The backyard has a fire pit, a Hot Tub, and outdoor furniture for relaxing. The front yard also has an small area where you can sit and relax. The Joshua Tree National Park Main Entrance is a close drive from the house.
I grew up around LA area and did production work for years after getting a business degree at UCR. After living in the cities for a long time it was a real blessing finding the area of Joshua Tree. I feel in love with Joshua Tree and the desert areas as soon as I drove through. I l moved to Joshua Tree in 2014 and love the peace and serenity out here. You wake up to rabbits, birds, and squirrels, and an occasional road runner. My primary job is websites, I'm a content creator so I'm on the computer a lot and still have to drive to LA and OC a lot, but Joshua Tree is a great place to come back too.
The neighborhood is very quiet. I know all my neighbors and they are all very nice. The street is right in downtown Joshua Tree and is close to all the action.
