Super cozy and clean. My dog enjoyed the stay, and we did too. The EV charging was complimentary, and I liked it a lot. The airstream was super clean. The price of the wood was also fair.

The location is amazing. We did trek up to Quail’s ridge in Joshua tree park for the stargazing view but frankly the host’s view from the comfy swing was amazing as well. The bed….no words, comfort beyond belief. Sunrise and sunset are magical from outside and even in the bed. So peaceful and relaxing.

The house had a warm ambience as advertised. It was well stocked and addressed any needs we had. All amenities were working well and we had a great time with the backyard setup. We had a wonderful stay. The location is incredibly convenient to Joshua Tree National Park and the setting is absolutely beautiful, with expansive desert views in every direction. The home itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — minimalist yet very homey, with high ceilings that make the space feel open and airy. The kitchen was well stocked, all amenities worked perfectly (AC, heating, hot water), and the property felt new and very well maintained. Overall, a fantastic place to stay — simple, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning scenery. We had to reschedule our stay due to a medical emergency and the host was incredibly gracious and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again.

Joshua Tree is an incredible place that truly feels like another planet. The landscape is unlike anything we've seen before, with unique rock formations and Joshua trees stretching as far as the eye can see. The hikes are manageable and each trail offers something different, making it easy to explore even in a short visit. The town itself is small and charming, with some great food spots to enjoy after a day in the park.

Joshua Tree is a funky little town but the true gem is the National Park. Whether you are a rock climber, a hiker, a camper or a drive-through to see the sites kinda person there is something for everyone. It's one of my favorite places on the planet.

This part of the review is of the National Park. I'd never visited a high desert before so didn't know exactly what to expect; but the scenery, walks and hikes and massive blue skies were all amazing. The trails vary from short and easy 1 mile tracks to longer and more demanding routes, so there are ones to suit all ages and degrees of mobility - however none are wheelchair accessible. A car is essential. The town itself is small with limited eating possibilities, but a lovely old inn serving traditional American fare. There is a very busy pizza place, plus the Dez is good to buy packed lunches for a day in the Park

We booked the bungalow last minute.

We booked the bungalow last minute. John was super helpful and welcomed us with lots of useful information and resources to make our night special. It was very close to JT national park where we visited to stargaze and watch the meteor shower. Very convenient. Also close to downtown restaurants , markets and gas stations. Parking our large SUV on premises was easy and safe. The cabin itself was very well stocked, clean and cozy. The outdoors had so many areas to sit or lay back and watch the stars at night, or the mountains nearby. So.many other things to mention! I really wish I could've stayed a couple more days. Truly a thoughtful space. Can't wait to come back!

This is a place you should never go.

This is a place you should never go. This is probably a scam. I am currently in the process of transferring and refunding, but they are not even processing the refund properly. The photographer is very different, the air conditioner does not work, the blanket smells, and the cleanliness is terrible. Do not be fooled.

Stunning views onto the desert. Nicely renovated and well-designed mid-century bungalow with plenty of outdoor space, surrounded by excellent planting. A fascinating location, next to the architecturally interesting Joshua Tree Retreat Centre (it was nice to have access to their pools and to see the outdoor art collection). Excellent locally roasted coffee in the welcome pack and a well-equipped kitchen, making self-catering a pleasure.

We had a great stay! Beautiful accommodation, spa to relax in at sunset and evenings by the fireplace! Coming from the hustle and bustle of NYC, our stay at Joshua Tree was so peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Hilari, for all your efforts to make us feel at home. And thank you for the extra logs and the new propane tank, it was amazing to spend evenings by the fire. We hope to come back soon!

We booked this accommodation for 4 nights as we were exploring and rock climbing in Joshua Tree national park. It was the perfect location for us to do this. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The bonus was the games room in the garage.

I'm from Japan. It's a great location with easy access to Joshua Tree National Park! The room was very clean, and there was a BBQ, a pool, and an electronic piano, so I was able to spend a wonderful time with my wife and 6-year-old child.
