This two-level townhouse is located near South Jetty, directly across Yaquina Bay from bustling downtown Newport. It's also right next door to beautiful South Beach State Park, across the bridge from Yaquina Bay State Park, and within minutes of the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Relax in comfort in the upstairs living area, where you'll find hardwood floors, plush furnishings, and windows that frame the bay, the bridge, and the lighthouse. Light the gas fireplace on cool coastal evenings, read a book or browse the free WiFi in the window seat, or play a board game with friends around the coffee table. You'll never miss out on the action in the open kitchen, which offers granite counter space, modern appliances, and even a dishwasher for your convenience. The bar counter provides seating for two and the dining area has space for four. Begin each morning on the private balcony, on the sand beach at the end of the jetty, or in neighboring South Beach State Park. Care to do a little fishing? Anglers will have an ice chest, a fish-cleaning table, and a gas grill for their catches. And each evening, as your clothes spin in the private washer/dryer, you can flip through the offerings on the flatscreen cable TV, watch a DVD or Blu-ray, or test your skills on the gaming system. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Newport townhouse will sleep as many as six people. The master suite has a king bed, access to a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, there is a guest room with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa in the living room. As one of the most beautiful stretches of the Central Oregon Coast, Newport is a place for beach-going, clamming, crabbing, and fishing on the stunning shoreline.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
