This 1-bed/1-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers a view of the complex and Seawall. It is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or business travelers. Centrally located, explore everything from dining to attractions, all within easy reach. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn. ● Beach Access: Beach access right across the the street. ● Shared Pool: This condo features an Outdoor Pool. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult Please follow all posted rules and hours. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed ● Parking: Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk for 40 Dollars+ tax per vehicle. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
