Casa Dolce Vita was established summer 2020. In beautiful Sky Valley Resort and Golf Country Club, Sky Valley, Georgia, it sits at 3300 ft high, Georgia's highest elevation. Surrounded by beautiful natural habitat, Casa Dolce Vita sits high in the tree tops. Its round features and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows give it a wonderful view and feel of being amongst nature. Sky Valley Resort has many amenities, pool, golf, picnic area, pool, sauna, exercise facility, whirlpool and hot tub to be enjoyed by all. The surrounding area borders on NC, SC, TN and Georgia (Dillard and Clayton). Ease of access to the renovated cabin and access to gem mining, hiking trails, adventure park (Highlands), zip lining, Tallulah Falls, canoeing, National parks and antiquing are plentiful. Close to convenience and groceries stores, off street parking, and strong wifi signals. You can enjoy a 360 degree deck with firepit, lawn furniture and gas grill. Listen to the birds chirp as you sit out on the deck.
Gary and Debi are originally from NE PA but have lived in Tampa, FL for the past 30 years. We purchased this vacation home summer 2020 to be able to enjoy cooler summers rather than the hot Florida summers. We did almost 100% renovation on this home with new paint inside and out, new furniture and new flooring. We love to travel, enjoy all sporting activities, spending time with our adult son, etc. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
Sky Valley has many activities to partake of. Highlands, NC is only 12 miles away. They have excellent restaurants. Highlands Aerial Park has zip lining and UTV guided tours. Nantahala National Forest is close by. Helen, GA is a quaint German Town. Lake Burton is 30 miles away. Bryson City has a train tour of the Blue Ridge Mtns. We sit near the Smokey Mountains and NC towns like Franklin, Cashiers and Highlands.
