Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away. When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining. On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the primary suite. Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa. Elevator access from ground level to the first floor of the condos. Stairs to the unit's second floor bedrooms. HOUSE RULES The following rules are a condition of this rental: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. * OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. * QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior. Should you allow or participate in any such use or behavior between the hours of 10PM to 7AM you will be asked to leave and will forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposit. * SUBLETTING: Guest shall not sublet Property or allow anyone to share the Property without RKWV’s pr...
