Gorgeous suite w/ private entrance and BIG backyard. Gazebo and outdoor kitchen. Located in the heart of Rice Military. Buzzing restaurant district and parks (Memorial Park!). Pet Friendly. Family friendly. Great for solo, couples, work travel, families, etc. Excellent location- Easy access to all Houston inner loop districts. King Size bed, coffee/tea station, kitchenette area. Big Walking Closet. Dedicated Parking space. Easy check in/check out w/ two main security locks for increased safety. The location of the property is premium and you have a personal green spot in the loop of the city (back yard),in the heart of Rice Military.Easy access to I-10,close to Memorial Park.Walking distance to Restaurants and Bar options. Inside the Loop,close to the Heights,Montrose,River Oaks,Downtown,Galleria and most of Houston attractions.Near Grocery shops ( Sprouts and Wallmart).Can't beat the location.
