Just one mile from the village of Waterville and 20 minutes from Colgate, Hamilton, and SUNY Morrisville, with easy access to Utica and nearby colleges. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, the cabin blends comfort, charm, and small-town warmth. Thoughtfully designed and built by lifelong Waterville locals, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or a quick weekend stay!
Welcome! My husband and I love to travel and have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. We’ve taken what we’ve loved most from those experiences to create a space that’s cozy, clean, and welcoming. We’re so happy to share our home with you and hope you have an amazing stay!
