Beautiful, newly renovated Historical home in the heart of downtown! 3 bd/2.5 b, 1500 sf of cozy, quiet, comfortable living just 4 blocks from the gorgeous Lake Couer d Alene and it's beaches and parks, Tubbs Hill, bustling shopping, delicious dining, and the downtown night life! Sanders Beach is a 5 minute drive! As well as, just a 5 minute walk north to the up & coming Midtown neighborhood!

Neighborhood info

Quiet, established "Garden district" neighborhood just 4 blocks from downtown, Centennial Park and the Lake Couer d Alene Resort area. Midtown and it's award-winning eateries and shopping just a 5 minute walk north 5th Street Makers' Market is a "must", just a couple blocks away, every Wednesday evening, May - October.
