License number: 015958 Wake up each morning to a sweeping view of the mountains at this second-floor condo in the heart of Avon, enviably situated less than half a mile from the Riverfront Express Gondola at Beaver Creek Resort. Here in the center of Avon, you'll be walkable to restaurants, cafes, gear shops, a grocery store, the banks of the Eagle River, and the gondola. Beaver Creek Village is only three miles south, while Vail Ski Resort is an easy, nine-mile drive east. You'll also be very close to a stop for the complimentary ski resort shuttle. As you enter this second-story condo, the first thing you'll notice is the incredible natural light. A back wall of floor-to-ceiling glass frames the shaded balcony, the town below, and the evergreen mountains dusted with snow. After a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking, come home to shed your gear by the door, toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer, and fix yourself a few hearty snacks in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher. Flip on the gas fireplace, take a seat on the sofa, and spend the evening watching movies on the cable TV. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and an attached bathroom, with the primary suite offering the bonus of a jetted bathtub and balcony access. THINGS TO KNOW
