We’re David and Victoria — a husband-and-wife team who love creating welcoming spaces for travelers from all walks of life. David is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who first arrived in Jacksonville in 1992 and quickly fell in love with the city’s balance of sunshine, community, and coastal charm. Victoria is from Guintarcan, Samar, Philippines, and brings her island warmth and design flair to every home we host. We met here in Jacksonville in 2017 and were married in our own backyard — the same neighborhood where many of our guests now stay. We love to travel, explore new places, attend live shows and sporting events, and discover great restaurants wherever we go. Hosting allows us to share our little piece of heaven with fellow sojourners — people who value comfort, connection, and a sense of home wherever life takes them.
