Family Nest is a comfortable and welcoming single-story home designed especially for families who value ease, togetherness, and relaxation during their stay near Orlando. With all rooms on one level, the layout offers convenience and accessibility while maintaining privacy for everyone. The home features 4 bedrooms, including 2 suites and 2 demi-suites (two bedrooms sharing a bathroom), making it ideal for families and small groups. Bright indoor spaces connect naturally with the outdoor area, where guests can enjoy a private screened-in pool and spa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the theme parks. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and outdoor patio create a pleasant environment for spending time together. The home is sunny throughout the year, making the pool area especially inviting for guests of all ages. To help guests settle in comfortably, a starter Welcome Package is provided upon arrival. Family-friendly amenities such as a child safety pool fence, high chair, and Pack ’n Play are available at no additional cost. Please note that pool and spa heating are optional services and are not included in the nightly rate. Heating is available upon request for an additional daily fee and must be arranged prior to arrival. The BBQ grill is also optional, available upon request and for an additional fee. Bella Vida is known for its well-maintained surroundings, quiet streets, and welcoming atmosphere—ideal for relaxing after busy days at the theme parks. Guests have access to resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, playground, and recreational areas. One of the greatest advantages of this location is convenience: Walt Disney World is about 10 minutes away, and restaurants, shopping centers, and a Walmart Supercenter are within walking distance. Kissimmee’s central location also allows easy access to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, outlets, and other Orlando attractions.
