Hello! Welcome to our Charming Cottage! We have put our heart and soul to renovate this little gem, which originally was an old, abandoned horse barn. We are happy to share it with you! Enjoy your rustic retreat surrounded by bird songs, tranquility and lush vegetation. The delightful private 1-bedroom ground floor house is nested in a peaceful neighborhood, includes a designated parking spot and a cozy patio. The Charming Cottage sits in the back of a 3 acres property, 250 ft away from our main home. It boasts reverse osmosis water system, high speed internet (Xfinity), smartTVs (Netflix, Youtube etc.), laundry service, independent driveway and parking spot. Step outside your private patio, where you can unwind with a morning cup of coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The quiet surroundings make it a perfect spot to enjoy a good book or simply soak the Florida sunshine. Inside of the home, you will find 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed, perfect for good night's rest. There are two futons in the living room that quickly convert from sofas to sleepers (perfect for children). Linens for those are found in the bedroom closet. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for your stay and enjoying your home-cooked meals - microwave, stove top, toaster, coffee machine, cookware and silverware. The home also offers a private washer/dryer combo machine located in the kitchen area. Services available to be booked during your stay (additional costs apply): We can offer private transportation to and from RSW Airport (Fort Myers). We can offer a private boat tour or fishing trip on board of our 23ft Sea Hunt in the Gulf of Mexico. We can offer babysitting services.
