With a 1-car garage, you'll have additional storage space and protection for your vehicle during the winter months. Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Heavenly Resort, you're never far from world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

Nearby lake and outdoor attractions Zephyr Cove Resort and Beach are close by, where guests can swim, relax on the sand, or join boat cruises and water activities on Lake Tahoe. In all seasons, the area offers hiking and biking trails, plus access to nearby ski resorts and snow play areas in winter. Local conveniences and access The neighborhood is a short drive from South Lake Tahoe and Stateline, where there are restaurants, shops, and entertainment options including casinos and live shows.
