This riverfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Chateau Eau Claire is only five blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as a formal dining area with river views. The main living area and primary bedroom have flat screen TVs. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: Two Twin beds Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Complex amenities at the Chateau Eau Claire include a glass elevator to all floors, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and an on-site hot tub. Guests have access to a heated pool, additional hot tubs, a workout center, and a conference room directly across the street at the Chateau Roaring Fork.    Please note that beginning Monday, September 25th, 2023, the pool and hot tubs will be out of order to accommodate a pool/spa boiler replacement project.  The project is expected to be completed in early November.  Guests of Chateau Eau Claire receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation and access to local health club facilities.
