This two-level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse overlooks the Roaring Fork River and is only a short walk or free bus ride to downtown Aspen. The open living area includes a formal dining area and a wood-burning fireplace. The sliding doors open to a deck facing the river with a gas grill and river views. Guests enjoy the in-unit laundry and spacious first-floor primary suite. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: King bed Guest Bedroom #1: Queen bed Guest Bedroom #2: Two Twin beds, convertible into King Chateau Roaring Fork's common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The free local bus (RFTA), with access to all four ski mountains, is located right outside. Please note that beginning Monday, September 25th, 2023, the pool and hot tubs will be out of order to accommodate a pool/spa boiler replacement project. The project is expected to be completed in early November. Guests of Chateau Roaring Fork receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support.
