This first-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Chateau Roaring Fork is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Additional condo amenities include a full kitchen, a dining area for four, a private deck with barbecue grill, and a washer/dryer. This condo is located in the off-river building; there are no river views from this unit. Primary bedroom: King bed  Second bedroom: Two Twin beds Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room Chateau Roaring Fork's common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The free local bus (RFTA), with access to all four ski mountains, is located right outside. Please note that beginning Monday, September 25th, 2023, the pool and hot tubs will be out of order to accommodate a pool/spa boiler replacement project.  The project is expected to be completed in early November.   Guests of Chateau Roaring Fork receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support.  All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities.
