This 2nd story walk-up apartment is just 3000 feet from the center of Fairborn. The apartment has a king size bed and a fold down futon in the living room that can sleep 1 additional person. Kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Internet and Tv active with HBOmax, Hulu, PLUTOtv, AppleTv+ , BlazeTV news.
We are lifelong residents of Fairborn and take pride in our quiet neighborhood.
This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood located next to and 1 min from the entrance for Wright-patt AFB, home of U.S. Air Force museum. The base is mainly used for research and development and not a normal active airport. You will hear taps and revelry daily.
