Welcome to our beautiful townhome in Baton Rouge. Brand-new house with all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 2-and-a-half-bathroom house (all bedrooms upstairs) has a total of 7 beds and 1 couch beds and sleeps 8 guests very comfortably! All rooms are upstairs. The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a full-size bed with a full-size bunkbed at the bottom and a twin-size bed at the top. Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants. ** GARAGE SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROPERTY. Only two cars in driveway
