Walk or drive to the beach and enjoy the seven miles of continuous sandy beach this area is known for. Hiking or mountain biking can be found along the logging roads in the forest behind the city, where everyone can enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean from the top of the hills. You won't want to miss a visit to The Original Pronto Pup to see the world's largest corn dog and ride the mechanical corn dog. For a day trip, take the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad from Rockaway north to Wheeler and south to Garibaldi, or visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory! The main level features burnished floors, comfortable furniture, and natural light. Stretch out on a spacious living room couch to catch up with a mystery novel or a board game or puzzle with the kids. Or, watch your favorite DVD movies on the TV. The full kitchen is open, spacious, and, well, simply adorable, with stainless steel appliances, miles of counter space, and all the terrific cookware you need to inspire your inner chef. You'll also find a washer/dryer to wash your laundry while playing. The main bedroom includes a queen sofa bed and a TV.
