This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are shared (common areas) areas- 1. The sunny living room downstairs provides comfortable seating, a versatile coffee table for work or drinks, and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. 2. The dining room accommodates up to 4 people for shared moments. 3. The kitchen features an island with two stools, creating additional spaces to relax with your coffee or tea or for any of your cooking needs. 4. The garage includes a laundry area with both a washer and dryer for added convenience. Detergent is provided. 5. A bathroom on the second floor that is shared between the 2 double rooms. (Master room has its own bathroom.) There’s a driveway at the back of the house. This area holds up to only 2 cars. It’s first come, first served. If you would like a guaranteed spot, you must reserve in advance (extra fee)!
